Taken during a cloudy and damp wait for the ferry from Barra to Eriskay last year. It’s such a barren landscape on the Outer Hebrides, with almost no trees there’s little to break the winds which blow in from the Atlantic relentlessly. Today’s photo is available to purchase here.

Footprints in the Sand

I've always loved photography. There's just something about the way a photo allows us to capture a landscape, moment or memory. I grew up in the magnificent Peak District, surrounded by stunning landscapes and wildlife I developed a strong enjoyment of the outdoors and photography. Nowadays I live in Sheffield, and enjoy spending time with my two dogs, Charlie and Leo, exploring the glorious scenery the UK has to offer, and of course, taking photos!
